Request for Proposal (RFP) for Selection of a Consultant for Preparation of Tourism Development Plan for Shivrajpur- Provide Consultancy services towards preparation of a Tourism Development Plan including 1) Product mix including new tourist attractions, hotels, resorts, restaurants, convention centre, curated parks/ gardens/ forest, residential/ real estate, theme park & other such iconic attractions, supporting infrastructure & services (Water supply, Solid/ Liquid Waste Management, Rain Water Harvesting, Roads, Energy etc.), 2) Site plan of the proposed amenities & infrastructure considering land ownership, 3) Detailed Plan including Trunk Infrastructure plan including hard & soft infrastructure, with their siting, cost estimation & phasing, 4) Overall Design Guidelines including physical design concept, massing & development, height profile, public realm, streetscape, waterfront sites, prominent building components, external illumination, facade control, advertising sign, signages & outdoor display, 5) Landscape design guidelines including Hard & soft landscape, artworks & sculptures, furniture, lighting design, lamp-post & lighting fixtures, guidelines for their O&M and any other such landscape elements, 6) Sustainability Parameters– energy, building materials & design, passive cooling, waste minimization & management, local engagement, preservation of forests, water resources, Green Building, use of renewable sources of energy etc, 7) Identification of PPP projects & packages for detailed planning, 8) Institutional & Statutory framework for implementation– SPV, development in PPP (on the lines of GIFT City/ similar), SIR/ SEZ etc.
