Access
to the site:
To get access to the site, all you need to
do is fill up the registration form by
clicking on "Sign Up". Immediately
upon registration, you will be able to view
brief highlights of the tenders on the site.
For viewing complete details, you need to
upgrade to subscriber.
Registered Users:
Upon registration, your account will be
instantly activated and you can log in using
the Username and Password specified by you
to see the sample tender details. You can
also set your preferences on the "My
Tenders" page after you log in to
receive Brief Tender Alerts of new tenders added
to our site by email. If
you are satisfied with the service and wish
to obtain full details of the tenders, you are
requested to upgrade to Subscriber by
sending us the subscription
charges.
Subscribers:
Registered Users may choose to become
Subscribers by paying the
subscription charges. Immediately upon
receipt of the subscription charges, your
subscriber account will be activated and
confirmation sent to you by E-mail. You
will then be entitled to avail the entire
services of our site including uninterrupted
detailed E-mail services
for new tenders, amendments, due date
reminders as well as full access to all the
live tender notices on our site.

Tenders by Region:
We have divided India into 5 geographical
regions - North, East, North-East, South and
West. Users can now view the tenders
region-wise based on the location from which
the tender is issued.
Tenders by Product Category:
The homepage displays a list of the broad product
groupings. For all categories click All
Product Categories
. Link. On selecting a
product category, all tenders within that
product category are displayed. For example
if a user clicks on the Chemicals category, all tenders
pertaining to supply of chemicals are displayed.
Tenders by Authority Sector:
Tender issuing authorities have been
classified into sectors. A list of selected
important sectors is displayed on the
homepage. For the complete list click More
Sectors
..Link. On selecting a sector, a
list of tenders issued by authorities in
that sector are displayed.
Tenders by State*:
A state list is displayed on the
homepage and you can select for which state you would like to view
tenders. Upon selection, tenders issued by
authorities located in that state
are displayed.
New Tenders:
A list of tenders added to the site is
displayed here. Users can take advantage of
this section to see new tenders without
having to go through the process of
searching or navigating through other links.
A list of all tenders last added is displayed when you click the
New Tenders
. Link.
Tenders by due date:
The links provided at the top of the site
display tenders due in the next 7 days and
the next 30 days from the date of viewing.
You may filter further to meet your specific
requirements.
Global Tenders:
A link is provided on the homepage for
global tenders. Click on Global to get a
complete listing of global tenders.
Prequalification Tenders:
Invitations for enlistment of
suppliers/consultants is classified
separately. For a list of such invitations
click Prequalification.
Filtering Results*:
All tender listing pages show a filter bar
at the top to filter the results by Product
Category and/or State. For example if you
select Maharashtra State the site displays a
list of tenders issued by authorities in
Maharashtra. You can filter the result to
view tenders falling in a particular product
category, say Chemicals, by selecting
Chemicals product category from the
filter bar and clicking on the Get Results button.
Sorting Results*:
The tender listing pages are, by default,
sorted on due date. However if you do
require the results to be sorted on any
other field, you can select the field on
which you want to sort the results by using
the drop down bar provided at the top. For example
if you want the results to be sorted on
authority name, you can select Authority-Asc
or Authority-Desc. and click on the Get
Results button.
Tender Details*:
By clicking on the tender number in the
listing pages you can view tender details as
well as the scanned copy of the tender
notice.
Simple Search:
The simple search allows you to search our
tender database for matching words or
strings. Simple search does not
merely go through the tender description or
product category while searching for
matches. Our powerful search engine goes
through the entire database to give you all
matches.
Advanced Search*:
The advanced search is a powerful tool to
search for tenders matching the criteria you
specify. With the advanced search you can
get quick access to tenders complying with
parameters of your choice. Search can be
conducted on a single criterion or multiple
criteria.
