Neither Tendercircle.com nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering Tendercircle.com shall be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage or loss of profits arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the services provided by the site.

The Courts of Kolkata,India have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this Web site and its use and these Terms.
